Japanese Specialty Cuisine Study Internship
At JCI, after studying the chef course, you can do a study internship to learn how to cook specialized dishes.
The study internship is an opportunity for students to work in a real professional restaurant and learn and practice the same skills as an actual new apprentice. This is a unique and highly effective way to learn from a master chef of Japanese cuisine.
