Kaiseki Course
This course teaches students, who already have a basic Japanese cuisine experience, the concept of Kaiseki cuisine and its technique for one week.
Kaiseki cuisine refers to the dishes served for entertaining guests in the event of a tea ceremony. It is characterized by extreme sophistication of the taste and the appearance, carefully selected ingredients, and the chef's meticulous attention to the arrangement of the vessels and space. The world of kaiseki is a very deep world involving the concept of wabi-sabi (sorrowful loneliness) and the yin- yang five elements, but we aim to master it in two weeks. Students will learn the basic structure of Kaiseki, and learn the basic menu.

Kaiseki Course with Hotspring
Once a month, enjoy a weekend in Atami by the beach, learning a full course Kaiseki (Japanese Party meals) and hotspring. The menu will change everytime with seasonal special ingredients and theme. It is a special occasion to reward yourself with quality time for yourself, with your friends or with your family. After each lessons, you will be able to prepare a home-made party course at your own kitchen! It is a chance to connect with people to share your experience and delicious food over table.
