As the culmination of his intensive 11-week chef's course at Japan Culinary Institute,

Arnaud Ferrigno, alongside his dedicated cohort of aspiring chefs, embarked on a

transformative journey during a rigorous four-day examination. United in their passion for gastronomy, they meticulously honed their craft, laboring over every detail to orchestrate a mesmerizing kaiseki course. Their collaboration not only showcased their individual talents but also underscored their collective dedication to culinary excellence

and innovation.

Before heading home to Marseille France, Arnaud stopped by to visit us, filled with

excitement, sense of accomplishment and anticipation, about applying his newfound

culinary skills in his restaurant setting. We are very proud of our alumni!

It is our hope that the institute's curriculum and unwavering support nurtures aspiring

chefs like Arnaud to reach new heights in their culinary careers.
