Introducing Japanese sushi again!

Japan's world-class "sushi"

It is now available not only in Japan but also in various countries around the world.


In general, sushi is mainly nigiri-zushi, which is made by putting vinegared rice together lightly, and then putting mainly raw or marinated seafood on top of it.

The vinegared rice is called “shari” and the ingredients on top are called “neta”.

Nowadays, Japanese people enjoy home-made Sushi at home, but basically Sushi is made by the skill of craftsmen.


The most popular ‘neta’ among the tourists is salmon.

This is followed by tuna, salmon roe, and shrimp.
