World-popular Japanese matcha

Hello,from jci_japanculinaryinstitute!

Have you ever had "Matcha"?

Today, matcha has grown into a tea loved not only in Japan but around the world.

Matcha is a type of green tea.

In the latter half of the 16th century, tea masters such as Sen no Rikyu established the etiquette of enjoying tea, known as the tea ceremony.

Nowadays, there are many ways to taste matcha besides drinking it.

Those include sweets, ice cream, and matcha flavored drinks.

Beautiful green color and bittersweet taste.

Once you drink it, you may become addicted.

At JCI, you can learn more about Japanese tea through "green tea seminars" and "tea ceremony experiences", so please contact us if you are interested.

If you like matcha, or if you are interested in, why don't you come to Japan to experience Japanese tea culture.

What is JCI?
